  • 1 can pineapple chunks or rings with juice
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place the cooked ham in a baking dish and arrange the pineapple on top.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, and pineapple juice to create the glaze.
  4. Pour the glaze evenly over the ham and pineapple.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.

Notes
