A comforting casserole packed with broccoli, cheddar cheese, and creamy sauce over fluffy rice, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the casserole if desired.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes
