Delicious breakfast sliders featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage or crispy bacon, and gooey melted cheese in sweet Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 scrambled eggs
  • 6 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar or American)
  • 6 cooked breakfast sausage patties or 6 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (e.g., hot sauce, avocado)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Whisk and cook the eggs in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper until fluffy.
  4. Layer the scrambled eggs on the bottom halves of the rolls, followed by slices of cheese and your choice of sausage or bacon.
  5. Cap the sliders with the top halves of the rolls.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melty and the tops are golden.
  7. Serve warm with optional toppings.
