Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese (mozzarella or your preference)
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Cook the bacon until crisp, then drain on paper towels.
  4. Scatter the cooked bacon, spinach, and cheese over the pizza dough.
  5. Crack eggs on top and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
