  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 4 slices crispy bacon or sausage
  • 1 cup hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Guacamole (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Prepare your breakfast ingredients: scramble eggs, cook bacon or sausage, and fry hash browns until crispy.
  3. Layer scrambled eggs, cooked meat, hash browns, and shredded cheese in the center of a tortilla.
  4. Add a dollop of sour cream and salsa or guacamole if desired.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a hexagon shape.
  6. Cook the crunchwrap seam side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip the crunchwrap and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crisp.
  8. Serve warm, sliced in half.
