Instructions

  1. Whisk the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth. Add vanilla extract if desired.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to cover evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned, then flip and cook for another minute.
