A creamy and indulgent side dish made with layers of tender potatoes and Boursin cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of Boursin cheese
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes evenly in the greased baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the Boursin cheese over the potatoes.
  5. Create the cream mixture by mixing heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour half of the cream mixture evenly over the potatoes.
  7. Repeat layering with the remaining potatoes, Boursin cheese, and cream mixture.
  8. Top with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for about 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden on top.

Notes

For best results, use starchy potatoes like Russets or Yukon Gold.
