1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup whole wheat flour

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Combine the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
