Quick and satisfying wraps that capture the essence of a classic BLT without the fuss.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer on each tortilla.
  2. Layer the chopped bacon, shredded lettuce, and tomato slices on top of the mayonnaise.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly and cut them in half.
  4. Wrap them in plastic wrap or foil for meal prep, or serve immediately. Enjoy your wraps as a quick lunch or snack!

Notes

These wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days when wrapped tightly. For best texture, store components separately and assemble fresh.
