  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add the Biscoff spread, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. Whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
