  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
