  • 6 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken thighs by patting them dry with paper towels.
  3. Season the thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest the chicken for about 5 minutes before serving.
