  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla strips for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, salad greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, and shredded cheese in a large bowl. Toss gently to mix.
