A vibrant dish featuring salmon fillets drizzled with a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce, served over fluffy rice and fresh avocado.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced (for serving)
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Sauté the salmon in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon.
  6. Assemble the bowls with rice, salmon, and avocado slices.
  7. Add extra sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
