A delightful and flavorful dish featuring salmon fillets marinated in a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk the marinade in a small bowl by combining balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets by placing them in a shallow dish and pouring the balsamic mixture over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the salmon fillets in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and flaky.
  5. Simmer the reserved marinade in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly to form a glaze.
  6. Serve the salmon drizzled with the thickened glaze and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
