A simple and delicious Baked Garlic Butter Salmon dish that is healthy and packed with flavor. Perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter over the salmon.
  5. Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
