  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well blended.
  3. Stir in the diced bell pepper, onion, ham, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish.
