Delightful bite-sized treats featuring flaky pastry filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of flaky pastry
  • 8 ounces of brie cheese
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  3. Place the pastry squares gently into a mini muffin tin.
  4. Cut the brie cheese into small, bite-sized pieces and place one piece in each pastry shell.
  5. Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce over the brie.
  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash.
  7. Slide the tin into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve warm.

Notes
