Delightful crab-stuffed mushrooms, baked to perfection with a creamy garlic herb filling.

  • 12 large mushroom caps
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the mushroom caps by cleaning and removing the stems.
  4. Fill each cap generously with the crab mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use a damp cloth to clean mushrooms instead of soaking them in water. Experiment with other fillings for variety.
