  • 1 large Avocado (ripe)
  • 1 cup Lettuce (finely shredded)
  • 1 medium Tomato (diced)
  • 1/4 medium Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise (use dairy-free options if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice (to brighten flavors)
  • 2 large Tortillas (soft flour, whole wheat, or spinach)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (optional, for extra brightness)
  • Spices (like paprika or garlic powder for enhancing flavor, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Let flavors soak in for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the veggies by dicing the tomato, shredding the lettuce, and thinly slicing the onion.
  4. Make the creamy dressing by combining Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  5. Assemble the wraps by spreading the creamy dressing on tortillas and layering on chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado.
  6. Wrap the tortillas by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom.
  7. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
