A vibrant, zesty shrimp dish infused with Mexican spices, perfect for tacos or salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, paprika, and cumin. Cook for another minute.
  4. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp and stir to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro.
