  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Heat the Olive Oil: In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  5. Sear the Chicken: Sear the marinated chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour the remaining marinade over it, and top with diced apples.
  7. Bake the Chicken: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
