Celebrate autumn with this delightful Apple Cider Martini, combining the warmth of apple cider and caramel vodka with a zesty twist of lemon juice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz caramel vodka
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 oz simple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • Cinnamon sugar for rimming the glass
  • Apple slices or cinnamon stick for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Martini Glass: Rim the edge of the glass with a lemon wedge and then dip it into cinnamon sugar to create a sweet, spiced edge. Set the glass aside to let it dry a little.
  2. Combine the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple cider, vodka, caramel vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Adjust the simple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
  3. Fill and Shake: Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then secure the lid tightly. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to ensure all ingredients are well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain Into the Glass: Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass, being careful not to disturb the cinnamon sugar rim.
  5. Garnish with Flair: Garnish the drink with thin apple slices or a cinnamon stick for an attractive presentation. Voilà! Your Apple Cider Martini is ready to be enjoyed.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness to your liking by modifying the amount of simple syrup. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute spirits with sparkling water or apple juice.
