  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Mix (Use original or any flavor you prefer)
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 cup Grated Apples (peeled and cored)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Combine Kodiak Cakes mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Whisk together applesauce, grated apples, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store leftover bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for a fresh-baked experience.
