Instructions
Marinate the wings by combining them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly brushed with olive oil.
Air fry the wings for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
Prepare the Greek yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
Plate and garnish the wings with crumbled feta cheese, fresh parsley, and dill. Serve with lemon wedges and Kalamata olives.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
