Quick and easy Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp infused with garlic butter flavor and a crispy Parmesan coating.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flavor mixture: In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Toss the shrimp: Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the mixture until well coated.
  3. Add the Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss again until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the shrimp: Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry to perfection: Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Garnish and serve with fresh parsley over pasta or in a salad.

Notes

Shrimp should be dry before coating for better adhesion. You can also use different herbs and spices for variation.
