Crispy and juicy air fryer chicken thighs seasoned with garlic and paprika, ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture on the chicken thighs.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and at 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest the chicken for a few minutes after cooking.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs for an hour or experiment with different spices.
