Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Korean chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Gradually add the water until you form a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil and place the battered florets in a single layer.
  5. Air fry the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Combine the Korean chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey in a separate bowl.
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and toss them in the spicy sauce mixture.
  8. Serve hot as a snack or side dish.

Notes

For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer and adjust the sauce’s spiciness to your preference.
