  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until cohesive.
  5. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  6. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
