Ingredients

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Cooked chicken (shredded)
  • Crispy bacon (chopped)
  • Cream cheese
  • Green onions (sliced)
  • Hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped bacon, cream cheese, sliced green onions, a splash of hot sauce, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Prep the egg roll wrappers: Take an egg roll wrapper and place a heaping tablespoon of filling in the center.
  3. Roll it up: Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Heat the oil: Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat to about 350°F.
  5. Fry to perfection: Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drain excess oil: Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain.
