Delicious cookies filled with creamy peanut butter and chocolate, perfect for sharing and creating sweet memories.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini Reese’s cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine all-purpose flour and baking soda in a separate bowl, then gradually mix this dry mixture into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped mini Reese’s cups and Reese’s Pieces.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

For a fun twist, try a sprinkle of sea salt before baking, or swap Reese’s Pieces for M&M’s.
