A quick and easy summer wrap packed with protein and fresh veggies, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tortilla by laying it flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken, salad greens, cucumber slices, and shredded carrots on top of the hummus.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste; drizzle with olive oil if desired.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half diagonally and serve.

Notes

For a flavor boost, toast the tortilla before adding fillings. Wrap in foil for storage and consume within a day for best crispness.
