  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Taco shells or mini taco cups
  • Chocolate syrup or strawberry sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Taco Shell Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Form the Taco Shell Base: Press the mixture into the bottom of taco shells to form a crust.
  3. Cream the Cheesecake Mixture: In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the Whipped Topping and Strawberries: Gently fold in the whipped topping and diced strawberries.
  5. Spoon the Filling into Taco Shells: Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the prepared taco shells.
  6. Drizzle to Perfection: Drizzle with chocolate syrup or strawberry sauce before serving.
