  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and sweetener together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract, almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish, layer with strawberries, then pour remaining batter on top.
