  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crunchy base by mixing the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined muffin tin.
  2. Whip up the creamy filling by beating the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine with the whipped cream, folding until fully integrated.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, smoothing with a spatula.
  5. Add diced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Set in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm.
