Delicious chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy spinach and cheese filling, perfect for family dinners.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Wilt the spinach in the skillet with the garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine the sautéed spinach with cream cheese and mozzarella in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Prepare each chicken breast by slicing a pocket without cutting all the way through.
  6. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper on the outside.
  7. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts in olive oil until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  9. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving to ensure juiciness.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. You can also add herbs or switch the cheese for variations.
