A delightful twist on a classic burger, featuring smashed beef patties served over a fresh salad with a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Buns (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat by forming it into small balls and smashing them flat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  2. Prepare the salad by tossing together lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and onion in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Assemble the bowl by placing the salad mixture at the bottom, topping it with the cooked smash burgers, and drizzling the mayo-mustard mixture over the top.
  5. Serve with buns on the side for a classic burger experience.
