A simple yet flavorful chicken dish featuring tender chicken breasts sautéed with cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach.

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Serve the chicken over the vegetable mixture.

Notes
