A quick and wholesome stir fry that combines tender chicken and crunchy broccoli in a flavorful soy and oyster sauce coating.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the soy and oyster sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice.
