Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the strawberries with olive oil and honey in a bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast the strawberries for about 15-20 minutes, until they soften and begin to caramelize.
