  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs generously with the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken thighs on it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
