  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, bringing to a simmer. Reduce heat, then add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until melted.
  5. Return the cooked chicken and linguine to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
