A simple yet flavorful pesto salmon dish that brings the essence of fine dining to your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup fresh basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
  3. Season each salmon fillet with salt and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet.
  5. Spread basil pesto generously on each fillet.
  6. Finish with lemon juice over the pesto-covered fillets.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices or fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes
