A fun and shareable twist on traditional pizza, this Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread is perfect for gatherings and easy to pull together.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Toss the biscuit pieces with pepperoni slices, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over your mixture and toss until coated.
  5. Layer the mixture into your greased bundt pan, packing it in as you go.
  6. Place the bundt pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let the Monkey Bread cool for about 5 minutes.
  8. Invert your Monkey Bread onto a serving plate and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make sure to grease the bundt pan well. Feel free to mix up the fillings by adding vegetables or swapping cheeses.
