A light and flavorful twist on the classic meatloaf, packed with protein and topped with marinara sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gather all your beautiful ingredients.
  3. Combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  6. Prepare a greased baking dish and place the loaf inside.
  7. Top with marinara sauce.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
