  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups chocolate melts (dark, milk, or white)

Instructions

  1. Start by crushing those delectable Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. To make rolling easier, pop the mixture into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, take a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into 1-inch balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate melts according to the package instructions.
  6. Take each round truffle and dip it into the melted chocolate.
