Deliciously rich and creamy cheesecake cookie cups made with Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Melted chocolate or chocolate drizzle (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and press into a muffin tin to form a crust.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
