Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and broth, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the ravioli and let cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the heavy cream and spinach, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
