Indulgent Mint Oreo Truffles combining the flavors of creamy cream cheese, crunchy Oreos, and a hint of peppermint, all coated in silky white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)
  • Chocolate melts (for coating, optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with cream cheese and peppermint extract until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Coat each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder if desired.
  8. Let the truffles set until the chocolate hardens.
