  • 1 cup water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Combine the waffle mix and water in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  4. Scramble the eggs in a skillet along with the cooked sausage, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
